Items in Stock
We prepare all online orders for dispatch immediately within 48 hours of receipt. We will process orders received over the weekend or on a public holiday the next business day.
Items out of stock
During the ordering process, we will advise you of an estimated delivery time if the item is out of stock. If we cannot fulfil your order or part of your order upon receipt for some unexpected reason, our customer service team will contact you within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. At this time, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time and the option to (a) wait for your product/s, (b) select another product that is in stock, or (c) opt for a refund. We will process your refund within 48 hours using the same method as your original payment if you opt for a refund.
Dispatch & Delivery
It is our priority to have your order dispatched as soon as possible. You will receive an email from us once your order is prepared and ready for dispatch. This email will include a tracking number, which will commence the same day. This email will also advise you which carrier will be delivering your goods.

Free shipping over $150 is only available for eligible orders to customers within Australia.
Parcel Arrival
Parcels will be delivered to the provided address and require a signature upon receipt. You should provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours. Where no one is home to sign for the parcel, you will be sent an email from Australia Post services to advise of their attempt to deliver and provide you with details of the nearest Australia Post collection point. You can collect the package during regular business hours. Your responsibility is to collect your order within the applicable timeframe to avoid incurring additional fees to re-deliver your order.
Custom & Duty Fees May Apply to our Overseas Customers
DeBra’s is in Australia, and you buy from an Australian company. For this reason, your payment is in Australian currency. The price charged to customers outside of Australia will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the payment provider you have used. Please note orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties, customs charges, and fees (including GST on duty/freight) charged by International Customs Services once the order reaches its destination port. The customer must pay these amounts directly to the Customs Service or its authorized service provider.
Separate Orders placed by an individual on the same day may still be subject to duties, customs charges, and fees. You can calculate these expected duties and customs charges using your local customs service duty estimator. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these duties, customs charges, or fees. If you require additional information, please contact your local customs office.
Permission to leave unattended
By selecting the ‘Permission to leave unattended’ option, you authorise us to leave your item/s at your specified delivery location in your absence. However, please note that the carrier reserves the right to use discretion and may choose not to leave the goods unattended if deemed unsafe. Please be aware that if you opt for Authority to Leave (or safe drop), we are not responsible for any missing parcels post delivery to your nominated address. For enhanced security, we strongly advise opting for a Signature on Delivery, which remains our default option, guaranteeing the safest delivery of your parcel.
